The Syrian Ministry of Defense announced that, on Tuesday at 8:15 PM, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial assault with three missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a residential and commercial building in the densely populated Mezzeh neighborhood in Damascus.
In a statement, the ministry indicated that the Zionist aggression resulted in the martyrdom of seven civilians, including children and women, and the injury of eleven others as an initial toll.
Significant material damage was caused to private properties in the surrounding area, and efforts to rescue others from under the rubble were still ongoing, the statement added.
