BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:50 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham attempted to breakthrough the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) front-lines inside the southern corridor of Hama, today, resulting in short battle near the historical Orontes River.
According to a military source, the HTS militants attacked the Syrian Army’s positions near the town of Hirbnafsah in a bid to expend their presence inside the Hama Governorate.
However, the jihadist assault would be short-lives, as the Syrian Arab Army spotted the enemy moving towards their positions from a short distance away.
