DAMASCUS, SYRIA (8:25 A.M.) - The Islamist rebels are preparing to surrender another important suburb of Damascus on Wednesday after completing another round of successful negotiations with the Syrian government.
According to an Al-Masdar correspondent in Damascus, the Islamist rebels are preparing to surrender the Mo'adhimiyah Al-Sham suburb of Damascus in exchange for transportation to the Idlib Governorate.
This agreement is set to commence on Wednesday, when the Islamist rebels turn in their weapons and surrender the remaining buildings under their control.
