The Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) is on the move in the southern Damascus countryside, capturing several sites from the extremist rebel forces in the Yarmouk Camp District.
As a result of their success at the Yarmouk Camp District, ISIS has expanded to the nearby village of Yalda after a successful assault to capture the Yalda-Yarmouk axis from Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) earlier this week.
ISIS is now inside of Yalda, where they are fighting the poorly armed rebel fighters that are in control of this village’s northern district.
