"And I have found both freedom and safety in my madness, the freedom of loneliness and the safety from being understood, for those who understand us enslave something in us. But let me not be too proud of my safety. Even a Thief in a jail is safe from another thief. "

Map update from northwestern Hama: Syrian Army shifts attention to last militant stronghold- Al-Masdar News

BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army scored an important advance today when they seized the town of Kafr Naboudeh from the Turkish-backed rebels.
Since capturing Kafr Naboudeh, the Syrian Arab Army has secured the town in preparation for the next major battle, which is expected to take place at the militant stronghold of Qal’at Al-Madiq.

However, before they can attack Qal’at Al-Madiq, the Syrian Arab Army has to capture the large hilltop of Tal Sakher, which is located just east of the small town of Mughayr.
Once Tal Sakher is captured, the Syrian Arab Army can move onto Al-Hobeit, which will be the last area they need before they can storm Qal’at Al-Madiq.
Qal’at Al-Madiq is a historical Syrian town that is historically very difficult to capture. The jihadist rebels will have the territorial advantage once the battle begins.
For the Syrian Army, they will need to secure as much territory as they can and isolate the militant forces at Qal’at Al-Madiq before making the difficult push to capture this town.
