Aleppo and Istanbul Chambers of Commerce inked Sunday a cooperation agreement.
The agreement stipulates for exchanging information about commercial markets delegations' visits, bulletins related to laws and rules on external trade and investment in addition to organizing joint fairs, increasing volume of commercial exchange between the two neighboring countries.
Chairman of Aleppo Chamber of Commerce Mohammad Saleh al-Mallah and member of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Saeed Kuleej signed the agreement.
They touched upon the free trade agreement between Syria and Turkey that was put into effect by beginning of the current year and its positive impacts on both Syrian and Turkish businessmen.
Earlier, Syrian and Turkish businessmen held meetings and inked trade contracts that serve both countries interests.
