The Syrian president Bashar Assad asserted during a meeting with the cadres of al-Baath party in Tartous last November that the US administration has started to change slowly its policy towards Syria and that Obama is maneuvering, according to al-Akhbar newspaper.
President Assad added that regaining Aleppo province will frustrate the Erdogan's plot of establishing a buffer zone.
