NNA - Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rahi, who is continuing his pastoral visit to Latakia in Syria, presided on Monday a Mass service in the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Annunciation in Tartous, during which the Bishop Joseph Tobji will be ordinated as a bishop of the Maronite archbishopric of Aleppo.
