Declaration of a transitional administration is a step towards an autonomous region i northern parts of Syria. A local parliament w 82 members to be established, furthermore there will be 3 "Kantons", Jazeera, Kobanê &Afrin w their own assemblies. Transitional administration according PYD project created after meeting in Qamislo w Kurds, Arabs, Christian& Chechens. More details will be released soon. On Thursday, a meeting of the Supreme Kurdish Council will be held (earlier they held a meeting after holding no meetings for six months), and most likely the KNC is involved in the project (8 parties of KNC).
