Homs province: Rebel fighters targeted the Homs oil refinery with 4 Grad missiles, causing a fire to break out in the area and the injury of 2 workers. Ambulances were seen heading to the area. Parts of the al-Wa'er neighbourhood of Homs were bombarded by regime forces. Clashes took place overnight by al-Kam village, whose residents are mostly muslim shi'ite, and by Talbisa town. Clashes also in the Ismid farm, east Reef Homs, between the rebels and regime and NDF forces. The farm is considered the frontline by the village of Tal Jadid inhabited by muslim alawites and isma'ilis; rebels took over the farm and destroyed a tank; 4 rebels were killed and several regime and pro-regime losses were reported. 1 rebel from mahin was killed by the clashes in Qalamoun.
