The army units started the combat to take full control over Aleppo city after they regained full control over the Aleppo Industrial City, Syrian military expert Hassan Hassan told FNA on Monday.
Hassan said that the Syrian army is trying to take full control over important regions of the Aleppo city and province that are regarded the main concentration centers of the militants.
The military expert noted that the Syrian army is practicing special initiatives in military operations in Aleppo province, and said, "The Syrian army's military operations have focused on taking control of the surrounding areas of Aleppo Industrial City.
Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian troops restored security to the village of Kifr Saghir to the North of al-Sheikh Najjar Industrial City in Aleppo’s Northern countryside.
