SOCHI, August 1. /TASS/. Moscow has proposed to Ankara that a plan of refugee activities be made in order to facilitate the return of refugees to their homes, Russia’s Special Presidential Envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentyev said in an interview with TASS.
"There are currently 3.5 mln refugees in Turkey, the country needs help in hosting that many people," he said. "This is why we have raised the question when we were in Ankara and emphasized the need to make a plan of activities aimed at the return of refugees to their places of permanent residence," the Russian envoy said.
