The number of combatants, who were killed during the “Deterrence of Aggression” operation which continues for the third consecutive day, has increased to 218; they are distributed as follows:
-135 rebels:
- 114 HTS members.
- 21 members of the “National Army” factions.
-83 members of regime forces and their proxy militias:
- 62 members of regime forces, including four officers.
- Six Iranian-backed militiamen.
- 15 militiamen of different nationalities, including an Iranian advisor.
Also, 20 civilians have been killed since the beginning of the large-scale military operation on Wednesday, November 27; they are as follows:
- A child was killed in bombardment
- 19 civilians, including four children and three women, were killed in Russian airstrikes.
SOHR sources have just reported that opposition factions managed to take control of the villages of Tel Karatbin, Abu Qansah and Al-Taliha in Idlib countryside and the villages and towns of Al-Mansourah, Jib Kaas and Al-Bawabiyah and Khan Tuman silos in the southern and western countryside of Aleppo. This followed violent clashes between both sides, which coincided with heavy bombardment by opposition factions to pave the way for advancing into those areas.
