The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah launched Sunday a series of operations targeting Israeli forces and strategic locations in light of the escalating aggression on Lebanon, with the Resistance affirming that the operations came in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza and in defense of Lebanon and its people.
In one of their last operations for Saturday, fighters ambushed advancing Israeli soldiers on the eastern outskirts of the town of Chamaa. Upon reaching the ambush point, the Resistance engaged them with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades at close range, resulting in confirmed injuries among the Israeli forces.
Early on Sunday, Resistance fighters targeted the Ma'ale Golani barracks, home to the headquarters of the Hermon Brigade 810, with a barrage of rockets.
In another operation, the Resistance targeted a grouping of Israeli soldiers on the southern outskirts of the town of Khiam with a rocket barrage.
The fighters also struck the Krayot area, located north of the occupied city of Haifa, with a salvo of rockets.
Moreover, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a grouping of Israeli soldiers on the southwestern outskirts of Chamaa using artillery shells.
