A group of Lebanese pilgrims went by bus to Iran to visit the holy places there.
Pilgrimage to Iran is one of the religious believes. To go by bus from Lebanon
to Iran that means the bus has to pass through Syria, then turkey, and at last
Iran.
The pilgrims arrived peacefully to Iran, did their religious duties and came back. On the way back the bus was enforced to stop in a city close to Aleppo, a Syrian city close to the Turkish borders, and it was kidnapped.
At the beginning no organization or group announced its responsibility for kidnapping, but now tow groups announced their responsibilities for kidnapping. Both groups are unknown in the meaning that no one had heard their names before the kidnapping event!
After a short period of time, less than a day, of the kidnapping event the kidnappers kept 11 hostages and released the women, and the elderly people. At the beginning the message was clear. The kidnappers announced that they want to exchange the 11 hostages with some Syrian opposition prisoners in the prisons of Syria. Also the kidnappers said that they chose the pilgrims because they belong to the Shiite sect and this sect supports Asad’s political system, which means it cares about them. The remained 11 hostages are 11 male youth Lebanese citizens. In other words they belong to Hezeb Ala, a Lebanese Shiite party supports Asad’s political system, belongs to March 8 political block and supported by Iran and its allies...
