Damascus, SANA – A woman was injured as armed groups fired shells on Bab Touma neighborhood in Damascus City in a new breach of the de-escalation zone agreement in Eastern Ghouta.
A source at Damascus Police Command told SANA that armed groups positioned in parts of the Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside fired two shells on Bab Touma neighborhood, injuring a woman and causing material damage to properties.
Units of Syrian Arab Army directed strikes on the areas from where the shells were fired in the Eastern Ghouta, destroying a number of launching pads and inflicting losses upon the armed groups.
