The Syrian Arab Army’s 20th and 128th Brigades of the 1st Armored Division – in coordination with Hezbollah and the National Defense Forces (NDF) – have captured the hills of Tal Ras Al-Koush and Qurnah Ras Al-Saaba at the Jarajeer Barrens of the Qalamoun Mountains after fierce clashes with the Syrian Al-Qaeda group “Jabhat Al-Nusra” and their allies on Tuesday morning.
For Jabhat Al-Nusra and their allies from the Free Syrian Army (FSA), they are facing complete defeat at the eastern slopes of the Qalamoun Mountains, as Hezbollah and the Syrian Armed Forces continue to expand their control over the former’s positions in both Lebanon and Syria.
