Aleppo, SANA- Two children were killed and four others got injured Thursday when terrorist organizations targeted with shells residential neighborhoods in Aleppo city amidst public celebrations.
The city was marking the first anniversary of Aleppo’s victory over terrorism when the attack took place.
A source at Aleppo Police Command told SANA that rocket shells hit the Nile Street in Aleppo city, claiming the lives of two children – a boy, six years and a girl, 13 years, and injuring three members of their family in addition to wounding another civilian.
The celebrations prevailed in Aleppo including Saadallah al-Jabiri Square with the participants raising the Syrian flag and banners glorifying the heroism of the Syrian Arab Army, according to the reporter.
