TURKEY- During the rallies held in front of the Syrian embassy in Ankara, representatives of different students groups underlined their support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's government.
Iranian news agency FNA said “Hundreds of Syrian and Turkish university students gathered in the streets of Turkey's capital, Ankara, on Saturday to voice their strong support for the Damascus government.”
In turn, Syria state-run SANA news agency reported “Saturday that Syrian and Turkish students staged a sit-in on Saturday outside the Syrian embassy in Ankara in rejection of all forms of foreign interference in the Syrian internal affairs, voicing support to the Syrian leadership's reforms.”
