News reports said on Friday that the Syrian capital Damascus was hit by four explosions Friday that left at least 11 people dead and dozens wounded. The biggest explosion took place when a bus was detonated in the neighborhood of Midan in front of a mosque as soon as demonstrators started flocking out.
